Our origins are rooted in event hosting. In 2011, during the “Arab Spring”, we undertook our inaugural project: coordinating and moderating a public dialogue in Cairo, Egypt. This event brought together people from very diverse backgrounds to learn about South Africa’s transition to democracy and the efforts of the Truth & Reconciliation Commission.
For founder Bart Burghgraef, this event was transformative. It sparked his mission for building trust. Following this experience, he deepened his expertise in psychological safety and culture change. An existential medical setback in 2013 further solidified his commitment to helping organisations worldwide foster trusting teams and leadership.
Today, boasting a global presence and a strong foothold in the Middle East, The Head Office has established a reputation for delivering engaging, high-impact programs to clients in sectors such as Finance & Technology, FMCG, mobility, governments and diplomatic missions.

Meet Bart
Founder Bart Burghgraef (1972) is a human-centered team and leadership development facilitator and team coach.
Bart has honed his skills in hosting debates and stage moderation, ranging from small group conversations to large conference settings. Notably, he interviewed the late Nobel Prize laureate Kofi Annan in 2017, reflecting on his legacy as a global leader.
